Get out from the Naka-Meguro South gate and turn right to see it in front of you. There are many tsukemen with strong taste, but Tsukemen here is just the taste of good taste. There is a yuzu in the sauce, and after eating, it is a refreshing aftertaste. The customer can choose whether the noodles a...re warm or cold, but my recommendation is cold.

Expect some waiting in line at this famous Tsukemen (dip noodles) restaurant. There are a lot of good Tsukemen out there, but what's special about this restaurant is that you have an additional cup of liquid cheese to add to the noddles, then dip them into the yuzu sauce soup. It tastes really like ...nothing I've ever had before for Tsukemen, not to mention the harmony between the milky rich flavors of the cheese and the pig bone-based yuzu sauce soup, very special! The noodles are also one important factor to why this Tsukemen place is famous, the ingredients and temperature of the noodle itself gives it the highest al dente quality. I personally recommend choosing the cold noodles for better chewing. Volume is also very full, don't worry about not filling your stomach here, you will walk out feeling much fulfilled.

Mitsuya-do-seimen is one of the famous TSUKE-MEN restraurants in Tokyo. They are not a big chain store but a small locally-well-based restaurants. The atmosphere and the waiters and waitresses are nice and neat. The one uniqueness of this place other than the noodles, there are many women custome...rs in spite of that the regular ramen restaurants tend to be occupied by mens. Japanese women do not want to slurp up the noodles in pubulic.
