“I love Inaniwa Udon”
Insniwa Udon is the one kind of Japanese noodles. It is locally eaten in Akita prefecture. We can eat authentic Inaniwa here. Actually I prefer it rather than Sanuki Udon. You should definitely try it in Ginza.

“Casual Udon joint”
For a quick lunch, Udon or Soba are a convenient choice. We went to this very casual restaurant specialized in Udon only. They offer a variety of lunch specials, all udon based, and the noddles are really well done, in the style of the Inaniwa village, North of Japan. Preparation are simple but tast...y and fresh, with all the usual trimmings ( pickled veggies, seaweed, etc). This is a popular place so go early to avoid the wait. They also sell to take away, or dry noodles bags if you want to try cooking it at home.
