“A meal to remember”
I visited Denkushiflori for the first time a couple of years ago and loved the food, service and ambience there. So I returned for lunch during my recent trip to Tokyo. My friend and I opted for dinner course (13,000 yen each) which was also available ar lunch. There’re 8 dishes. Except for sweet... fist (ayu) of which I’m not a big fan, all the dishes were delicious or very delicious. I particularly loved: - clear soup with corn mousse and zucchini - bouillabaisse - roasted pork - passion fruit ice cream mochi with meringue. Highly recommended.

“Den Kushi Flori Fabulous”
This is a fantastic restaurant! We loved the omikase 8 course dining experience. Each course was incredibly delicious with unique taste & texture. It was fun watching the kitchen staff move in perfect synchronicity in plating, garnishing, presenting each dish. We loved the mushrooms wrapped in pastr...y, clay pot rice with wagyu, custard with burnt caramel sauce & of course the Dentucky chicken which was spectacular! This is an incredible dining experience!

Paired against a vibrant base of edamame and lemon cream, with deft drizzles of mint oil lifting the flavors, the fish required just a few bites to appreciate. A simply executed yet well-balanced starter. The 𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒇𝒖 & 𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏 displayed tofu with creamy texture enhanced by a rich nutty-sweet sesame flavor. Artful pairings brought complexity – sweet red pepper and coarse paprika sparked flavours, while vinegared sauce added sharpness. The 𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒔𝒉 & 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏 presented dry aged sweet fish atop winter melon, crisped bread and earthy mushrooms. A whisper of vanilla oil and miso accentuated each bite. An adventurous pairing that may divide opinion yet revealed creative talent behind the kitchen.

“Spectacular, creative and innovation--The best in Tokyo”
Spectacular experience. Each course is a work of art by these master chefs and their staff. The dedication to detail is incredible and the creativity and innovation impressive. Some of the standouts include the udon, the foie grais on soy pudding, beef cheeks with mushroom rice, crab souflet all ...just outstanding. They should have a Michelin Star and definitely one of the best in Tokyo

“Lunch”
Excellent lunch. The service is spectacular. The woman who runs the fromt of the house is incredibly welcoming and competent. She is fully aware of the guest experience and makes it lovely. The food is delicious. Nothing avant garde but it is delicious and elevated accessible food. Lovely fresh seas...onal composition. Their version of a summer roll with fried conger eel, basil, roasted eggplant, eggplant puree, and watermelon sauce was outstanding. The claypot rice was wonderful with the corn and beef. Truly an enjoyable meal experience! Highly recommend
