“Lunch”
Excellent lunch. The service is spectacular. The woman who runs the fromt of the house is incredibly welcoming and competent. She is fully aware of the guest experience and makes it lovely. The food is delicious. Nothing avant garde but it is delicious and elevated accessible food. Lovely fresh seas...onal composition. Their version of a summer roll with fried conger eel, basil, roasted eggplant, eggplant puree, and watermelon sauce was outstanding. The claypot rice was wonderful with the corn and beef. Truly an enjoyable meal experience! Highly recommend

“Awesome Star”
Read about this place n decided to give it a try, no regrets. Reasonable pricing for a well deserving restaurant. Highly creative n lovely taste with excellent presentation. The highlight of the night was the mushroom clay pot rice with beef. Must try to enjoy as words cannot describe or do just...ice to this restaurant. Will return when in town.

“Worthy of its Michelin star”
Denkushiflori is a collaborative venture between chef Zaiyu Hasegawa of Den and chef Hiroyasu Kawate of Florilège opened in September 2020. Our group of 4 went there for lunch. I’d been to Den and Florilège. The decor and the all counter seating of Denkushiflori reminded me of Florilège. We all... opted for the 9,800 yen menu (the other menu was 6,000 yen). There’re 8 dishes which were all immaculately prepared and beautifully presented. The combination of ingredients, flavours and textures reflected the cooking style of the 2 chefs behind this restaurant. The following were particularly memorable: - chawanmushi with tomato gazpacho and ikura - clay pot rice with maitake and beef. Chicken with onions paled in comparison to other dishes of the meal. Good value for money. Recommended.

“Where Den meets Florilège”
Fantastic dining experience! That restaurant is the impeccable result of the fusion of two well known 2* Michelin restaurants: Den and Florilège. The counter seat offers a perfect dining experience, great interaction with the team and incredible experience. Totally worth the visit and the well dese...rved Michelin star!
