Okay, there's better ramen out there (I could tell you a few places), but as a chain of stores, and for the experience, cost and taste, I would highly recommend Ichiran. You purchase a coupon for what you want just inside the door (there's more than just ramen, by the way). You find a seat, which is... in a slightly privatized counter area, give your ticket across the counter, and some mysterious server takes it. You can't see their face, as to a screen that is between the two of you. You get to choose the intensity of broth, cookedness of the noodles, how much garlic, etc. (All this is English friendly, btw). DON'T finish your broth too soon. You can get a refill on the noodles! Simply put a little medal tray over a sensor, and a server materializes in a few moments with more noodles, just the way you want them! TASTY, fast, and fun.
