Stand in Line & when You get to the Order Machine, put in your ¥ & Select your Items (eg Ramen w Noodles, Matcha Dessert, bottled tea and Sides like Hardboiled Egg or Rice): When called they tell You the Number (In Japanese or English)& You go sit at your Individual Bar Stool (#s are in Kanji/Chine...se) so You can, as the Sign says, “Focus on Taste” and select your levels on the paper for Spice, Richness, Noodle Firmness, Garlic and whether You want Pork or Green Onions. Ramen was Delicious and I liked it without Pork yet w the Pork Taste (Richness): We were Not sure what to do when You are Ready to leave so we just pushed the Green button a couple of times then said Domo Arigato and left!

OMGeee, it was not just an ordinary Ramen, but really an Amzing Superb Noodle Soup with so soft noodles and delicious soup. I can't believe I got to experience this amazing Japanese Food. Wow, so great have visited this place.

Arguably the best Ramen around town. Quality is consistent across most of their branches and service is excellent as always. Opens 24 hours which is perfect for late night cravings!

I was in the area for business and after very long days of work, I really wanted to have ramen before I leave Japan (habit for every trip). A colleague recommended this place and it was truly an authentic and pleasurable experience. First of all, the ramen was awesome and the soup was tasty as it ...gets. Ichiran charge by elements, so extra meat, union, egg, etc are all charged separately, so it's about just shy of 1400YEN to have a full meal with the extra items but boy it was worth it! It really wanted to take buckets of that staff back to the US with me, but they sold out their over-the-shelf take-home products. The dining/eating experience quite unique. There are 2 parallel rows of seating areas. There is a bank of lights at the entry indicate which seat is empty. The long communal table has dividers at each seat, so you can enjoy your ramen in privacy and not feeling guilty when you order 2nd or 3rd noodle servings :) The dividers can also be folded back if you are dining with a group and wanted to talk to each other. When you sit down, you are facing the kitchen row. You leave your meal ticket on the counter and push the light. The staff will arrive to collect your ticket. Once your ramen arrives, the staff will drop down the bamboo curtain, so can enjoy your meal without having to look at the commotion in the kitchen row. When you are ready for your second noodle portion, just put the token in the order area and push the light again. They purposely separate out the extra noddle you purchased so you can enjoy all the noodle without the additional portion to get soggy while sitting in the broth. I have eat my share of ramen in Japan and this is certainly one of the most memorable, traditional and authentic experience ever!!
