“Got me coming back for more”
What you get is soft white rice underneath a small mountain of heavenly tasting grilled pork, splashed over the top is a sweet and savoury soy sauce that slowly makes it’s way down the bottom of the bowl seeping through every grain of rice, to balance this monster a pinch of pickled greens are place...d on top.

QUICKIE REVIEW Pork fresh off the grill. Get your pork bowl here. FOOD This is what I tried: -Medium bowl (650 yen) Generous portions. First thing I can think of when I think of this place. Bowl I had was only 650 yen but the portion was huge. I loved that when I sat down I could see that t...hey were cooking slabs of meat on the open flame. Worth the stop and try. PARKING It is Tokyo, you know better. SERVICE Order from a machine. Makes things really simple. PRICE 650 yen TIP/OTHER THOUGHTS This place had ebbs and flow of customers. One minute there was not a line, next there was a line out the door. I would recommend to try and come between major meal times.

“Amazing, smokey, saucy pork”
One of the best meals we had in Japan, we went to this tiny hole-in-the-wall near Shinbashi station in Tokyo. It's small, only seats about 8-10 people. You order food from the vending machine and hand the tickets to the staff who cook your food within minutes. The pork is amazing, dripping with mout...h-watering BBQ-like sauce, over rice. I recommend the medium bowl and order the green onions and egg as toppings - well worth it and comes out to about $10 for an incredible meal.

“So Good!!”
I ate at the spot in Shinjuku and got the medium size, I definitely could've finished a large to be honest. Just be warned there is a LOT of rice under the meat. But the pork is very delicious, the portions are plentiful and sauce is very tasty. Definitely recommend this spot.

“Fantastic!”
The best place for Buta-don in Tokyo. I tried 2 other places during my stay but this one was by far the best. Cheap, great tasting and friendly staff. I came back here twice during my stay in Japan.
