I recently visited "Dotombori Kamukura" in Shibuya. It's a lifesaver, staying open late, perfect for a late-night meal after drinks! I ordered their famous "Delicious Ramen." The clear broth, rich with the sweetness of vegetables, was incredibly gentle yet deeply flavorful – truly impressive. The g...enerous amount of napa cabbage added a lovely crunch. Being able to adjust the spice with their homemade chili oil was a nice touch too. It was a satisfying bowl that warmed both my body and soul, even after a night out.

After having my original lunchtime choices in Shibuya not going as planned, and running out of time before departing for the airport, I ended up stopping by the local branch of this chain restaurant for another big bowl of hot cabbage soup ramen. And it may have been a good thing too, since I was ...feeling a cold coming on after two weeks in Japan. Just the thing to keep me going for the last leg of my trip.

Food is Amazing! No frills, sitting on stools watching the magic happen. And forget about waiting forever to be served. You order on a board out the front, pay for it and get a ticket. Go in, hand the ticket over and I reckon your food is served max 15 mins. The food - oh my goodness. After we found... this gem we went there several times a day. Can’t wait to go back in a couple of weeks.

The ramen and dumplings were excellent. Ordering was done via a kiosk outside of the restaurant, which has photos and English available, making the process really simple. The food was ready quickly and was really tasty. The restaurant was smoke-free when we were there, unlike some others we patroniz...ed, which made our meal much more enjoyable.
