“Very loud ”
Second time visiting this cafe, only because of kids obviously (30 flavors of ice cream and shaved ice, you can’t beat that). The place is nice, but the only reason I gave it 3 “stars” is because they sit large groups of Japanese students and it gets extremely loud. By large I mean about 20 people. ...We were there for 1.5 hours and within that time there were 2 groups of 20-25 students each. I have never seen locals in Japan so loud and inconsiderate. Loud. Period. Other then that, it’s a great place to take kids: ice cream, deserts, popcorn with many flavored toppings, 30 flavors of tea and freshly ground coffee, juices, soft drinks, pastries. They also have noodles with 7 sauces and toppings, rice with curry and a small salad bar. We paid about $70 for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids), for 1.5 hours. You also buy the time, either 1 hour or 1.5 hours. The place accepts credit cards. The day we went they also had a strawberry station (strawberries, unlimited, strawberry ice cream, mochi). The price we paid included everything (food, ice cream, drinks, strawberries). But you can pick what you want to include and pay less

“Very friendly place”
Went for lunch with 2 kids (4.5 and 6.5 years old). For 3 of us paid $35. That's $2 extra per person to eat ice cream abs to eat for 90 minutes, not 70 30 flavors of ice cream (no English), chocolate fountain, desserts (some with Halloween theme), desserts were ok, drink station (sweetened flavored ...waters, 20 or types of tea, coffee machine, got chocolate, orange juice); popcorn; salad bar; rice/noodles with pasta We did like the place but not to the point we'd go back. We went, got a check mark that we went and tried the food We went on a rainy Saturday, but it was not crowded at all. There were always a few tables available and no line of people waiting outside They accept credit cards (visa, at least) I took some videos but looks like I can't upload them here
