A Vietnamese restaurant located in the Mikan, a new shopping complex located under the Keio railroad tracks that opened in March. After you are ushered to a seat, they will give you a QR code to scan, which will take you to an online menu. You can select from a choice of bahn mi or pho for lunch. Th...e pho was a bit pricey for what you pay. You can order a topping of cilantro for an additional 150 yen, which wasn't as much as I expected. Overall, the food was good despite the price.
