Our most popular dish is the Wagyu Ichibo Yukke-Style, featuring the rare rump cap (Ichibo) from select Satsuma Beef, finished with low-temperature cooking. Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich beef flavor. For Shabu-Shabu, we offer the ultra-rare Misuji (Blade Muscle), sourced just 2kg from female Kuroge Wagyu, and premium Beef Tongue, yielding a mere 1kg per animal. Both boast incredibly tender marbling and exquisite texture. Almost every guest orders our signature Hassun Assorted Appetizers, a representative dish allowing you to savor various seasonal small plates ("Obanzai"). At the counter seats, you can experience the live preparation of our famous Seared Sudachi Mackerel Sushi. To conclude your meal, we offer special finishing touches, from earthen pot rice (Donabe Gohan) cooked with "Ryu no Hitomi," Japan's best rice, in a Shigaraki-ware pot, to a luxurious Truffle Cheese Risotto made with the Shabu-Shabu broth.
