“The Best Izakaya in Shinjuku!”
I had a great time at this izakaya and would definitely recommend it to others. I had seen this place on TV before, so I was excited to visit - and it fully lived up to my expectations. I really enjoyed the all-you-can-drink option, the delicious salmon sushi, the separate sashimi plate, and the ge...nerous amount of salmon roe. The highlight of the course was the Shrimp and Crab Battle - such a unique and impressive dish! We also had lots of beautiful and interesting dishes for photos, including a duck with a yolk, which was amazing. It was also the first time in my life that I enjoyed natto in fried rolls - and it was so delicious! Thanks to this restaurant, I finally realized that natto can actually taste amazing. And finally, the matcha ice cream was absolutely incredible - a perfect finish to the meal! Recommended!

“Sushi and more”
Saw this on Savor japan website. A small restaurant near shinjuku station. They have a set menu which we took. Several courses - cooked dishes, sashimi, sushi, dumplings, ice cream. Free flow alcohol within 2 hours. Good value at 5000yen. Though food and service quality average
