“Good food, but terrible value”

This restaurant is a tiny Spanish restaurant with an open kitchen. The dinner entrée portions are served on salad plates because they are so small. The mussels were nice, but a single portion was literally 4 mussels. Overall. I enjoyed my experience, but after 7000 yen, I shouldn't be leaving hungr...y. I won't be back.
