“Bad food for $$$$$”
I went there with my friend and family. We were exiting to eat a good meal but it was awful!! We pay for$$$$$ really disgusting Seafood and it's ok meat. I'm not recommend to go there. there are better restaurant around.

“Last visited Katsura about 15 years ago---still excellent!”
Most restaurants don't survive 15 years and are good as ever! This steak house is delight. We went for lunch in order to enjoy the Kobe beef and it was in a word excellent! The gardens in front of the restaurant are also worth a visit. Not cheap at about 300 US dollars per person but worth every cen...t. Do this as a special treat.

“Beautiful Scenery, Good Steak, Attentive Services and Great Dinner”
Our host from Tokyo recommended and made the appointment for us. It was perfect as we wanted to switch from many sushi meals to steak dinner. We stayed at Shinagawa Prince Tower so it was a pleasant walk to Sukara hotel. The hotel is beautiful. It was past 7pm and already dark but the Japanese g...arden leading to the restaurant was as beautiful as the hotel. Nothing is as unique, elegant and relaxing as Japanese garden landscape. That set a good ambience and enjoyable feeling walking into the dinner. The waiters were so cheerful and that guaranteed a good and warm hospitality. We had seafood steak. The portion was on the small size but we were gladly to compromise that for quality. We enjoyed watching the chef prepared and cooked the shrimps. I recorded and it took 4 minutes to end the shrimp show😊 The steak was so good and of course it was super tender. It was teppanyaki style, seasoning is light but perfect. There were 2 or 3 choices o desserts but was only one available. I don’t member what it was (not something that I usually would get from States) and it was not our choice but it was good. The chef finished preparing food quickly but we took time enjoying the dinner. Service was excellent. The dinner was pricey but we were happy to add it into our Tokyo memory collection. After dinner, we walked around the garden for some photos. It was a total satisfaction and it was as we expected. If you love steak and set a goal for a good and relaxing dinner, consider Katsura Steak House is one of your choices.

“Tasty Food convenient to the hotel”
I attended a business dinner here for 4 people and it was very nice and tasty. A bit on the expensive side - as is often the case in Tokyo - the food was good. I really enjoy watching the chef prepare the food in front of me... it's part of the evening entertainment. The meat was of very good qua...lity as were the other items in the meal.

“First night in Tokyo”
After some flight delays in dallas we finally made it to Tokyu and eventually our hotel ... we were tired and it was getting late so we decided to hit Katsura which was located in our hotel . The service, presentation, and food were outstanding ... the location was great, for us, but could be a hass...le if coming in from elsewhere.
