“Simple and filling meal”
Located in Ueno neighbourhood, we walked there from our hotel. Sitting area, clean and bright. Ordered and paid at Vending machine, used Suica Card. Lady came to get the tickets from machine off us. She was very helpful. Language barrier not an issue. Flat floor, OK for wheelchair ♿ but may be a... bit tight space. Cold water served, can get free flow of hot oolong tea and white rice 🍚. Meals nice no fuss. Toilet clean. We enjoyed meal. Recommend you try.

“Free flow rice”
We got here introduce by our hotel as we are waiting for our room. Seem like newly renovated. Food is nice and reasonable price with free flow rice refill.
