BLT STEAK ROPPONGI

A fabulous meal! Our last night in Tokyo and we fancied something international. Staff were fantastic. Our steaks were amazing! The bread was so nice that we took the recipe to try at home - never done that before. We didn’t need the desserts but couldn’t resist - also delicious. Far exceeded our ex...pectations, and highly recommend a visit. When we revisit Tokyo, we will define return for another meal. We asked about the best place to get a taxi on leaving, and they accompanied us outside to locate a taxi for us. Service definitely above and beyond!

Very nice restaurant. Nice decor and friendly service . The beef was amazing and the starter bread was too. I went by myself on a friend's recommendation. It was a very comfirtable environment for a solo traveler; even though most of the guest were couples or business types. I did not feel out of p...lace at all. It was very welcoming. The food was amazing. Can be a bit pricey, but for the quality and environment, i found it to be fair. I woukd recommend this place if you want a good beef dinner.

I never actually got to eat here. After a concert nearby, I dropped in at around 9.40 pm to see if I could grab a bite. The restaurant is next door to the hotel in which I was staying. Google Maps indicated that the place was open till 23.00 so plenty of time for a quick meal. But it was not to be. ...The staff member I encountered was decidedly and weirdly ambivalent about whether the restaurant was still open or already closed, still serving or not. There were still patrons in the restaurant so it wasn’t like they were shutting down. It was just peculiar that the man couldn’t definitively say “sorry, we’re closed”. He eventually said they closed at 21.30 which seemed somewhat early to be closing…I know the pandemic has disrupted restaurant operations but I got the distinct feeling that the restaurant simply didn’t want to accommodate a solo foreigner even if there was a lot of time before they actually closed. I went elsewhere and on my return walk past this place about 40 minutes later, I saw a customer still sitting at the bar and several coats still hung by the door. I could have been in and out in less than half an hour…Tant pis, as the French say!

I went for lunch and had a small steak, I really enjoyed the taste, + the service, and all the additional items that are served with lunch. I think it's a good option for lunch, Price is high but the place is more high end than the normal places around this area

Had dinner and the Mac & Cheese as well creamed spinach all tasted heavy of garlic. When I mentioned this, the took the food away and were smelling and tasting in the kitchen. All in all, terrible experience for the price you pay. There are far better steakhouses in Tokyo that actually care about ...the consumer. Pissed they were laughing when I paid the full check! Never again!
