SMITH BURGER CLUB

We decided to try Smith Burger Club at the recommendation of a colleague. The atmosphere is nice, high ceilings make the restaurant feel like it is bigger than it is. Service and presentation is where the restaurant excels. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the presentation of the b...urger was very well executed. The bun was delicious, but the beef was typical of burgers in Japan, which is not something I love. I am not sure what it is, but they insist on putting some sort of black pepper seasoning on burgers in this country, and the meat always comes out tasting the same. The seasoning is also sort of overpowering, and dominates the palate. Overall, not a bad burger but not my favorite either. It is worth a try though, and I really enjoyed the extensive offering of original burger combos.
