“Great for longer working hours in the Library”
I ate lunch/dinner at Pronto Restaurant in Hibiya Library in Tokio. The restaurant is open until 21:30. Prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly and meals are good. You can sit and enjoy quite atmosphere, do your work, have a great tea or ice coffee and simply finish your work.

“Good Bar”
Next door to our hotel but did not find it for first 2 days! Friendly staff, clean and tidy, good drinks menu at reasonable (for Tokyo) prices. Full of people eating and drinking closes at 11pm.
