A business colleague brought me here for a lovely lunch. It was a treat to sit by the window, overlooking the park and the gorgeous fall colors. While pricey, the food was generous and beautifully displayed. The service was excellent.

We were staying at Sapporo Park Hotel and had asked for porridge because I wasn't feeling well. The hotel concierge offered to have my meal delivered to the room, but we decided to eat at the restaurant. It offered a lovely view of the park and skyscrapers of Sapporo. My partner had the Gochisou set... A which included a variety of exquisite side dishes with sushi (3 types), lightly battered tempura, grilled chicken and dessert. He enjoyed his meal. I had plain porridge and miso soup, which was what my upset stomach needed. Porridge was made with good quality rice and took some time to prepare. Great service, too.

We had one of our best Japanese kaiseki (dinner set) in Japan and elsewhere. The food were exquisitely presented, fresh and tasty. The service was great, patient, attentive and yet not overbearing. The price was slightly higher than the usual restaurant but it is value for money, for the wonderful e...xperience. I would recommend sharing a set among small eaters as there are many dishes for each set, albeit the portions are delicate.

Food was superb. I'm no foodie certainly know great food. This was exceptional. My husband had a set menu and I two vegetable dishes (I'm a vegetarian) he could not commend higher comparing to other restaurants we have been the food we had tonight. We both walked away feeling very content with the p...erfect amount of food. Portion sizes were perfect. The service was great. Staff were all very friendly yet professional. View was exceptional. We had dinner night time reflections on the water view was lovely. Would almost definitely be going back during our stay. Maybe during the day to check out the day view.

I'm very fussy when it comes to food especially in Asian food but the food i have eaten here make me love Japanese food. A huge varieties of food with affordable price. Unfortunately everything was written in Japanese and i couldn't understood the name of dishes but i loved every single dish i trie...d in Namadan restaurant. The chef is great and i wish i could have told him that he deserves a big star as a chef. I have taken a picture of every dish i tried just to memorize so i can try somewhere else and see how it taste. The big surprise was in the end. I have eaten in this restaurant the best ice cream ever. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. 5 stars restaurant with great food and service.
