“A Japanese meal in Sapporo”
A real Japanese meal. A dinning experience akin to Michelin one star restaurant. I requested the Tancho course. Delightful. Tofu, crab, seaweed, and mushrooms followed a Miso soup. Next course was prawn, clam and salmon. Then Hokkaido beef with sauce, mushrooms and type of horseradish. Next sushi of... three fish including yellowfin tuna. Then a dessert. All this accompanied by the local brew of classic draft Sapporo beer and warm sake.

“value for money”
The sashime and beef were very delicious. The view from the restaurant was great. A good place for celebrating special events.

“What a disappointment!”
After traveling all day, we decided to try this restaurant in the hotel. The meal was quite disappointing for the price we paid. Best thing we had was the tuna sashimi - cant ruin raw tuna.

“Visited on Dec 24th”
The food is very delicate in Tancho and we ate on Dec 24 Christmas Eve and it's a special set menu. Food is excellent and taste good too. Service is good and they have a Santa Claus greetings with chocolate to guests. Service is good staff is friendly and view of the restaurant is nice too.

“Excellent food”
On the top floor there is a perfect restaurant. Real Japanse food, we had the menu with I guess 6 dishes. Many different tastes an good portions. From fish to meat to shellfish and soups and veggies. Only downside, it was a bit noisy. Can be somewhat distracting. Toilets well designed and clean. Con...nected to train station. Taxi to clubby hotel only 5min. Almost 5 stars. Service was quite adequate.
