“Food: 8/10 Amazingly fresh”
Food: 8/10 Amazingly fresh fish caviar (ikura bowl) Service: 7/10 Service is average. I felt like the place for more welcoming to Locals. Language might be a barrier. Our waiter can’t speak English and didn’t allow us to order 2 seafood bowl! 3 of us for 1 small caviar bowl and 2 seafood bowl with... some sides isn’t that excessive. He was probably worried we will waste food but after using google translate and promise to finish our food he still only ordered 1 seafood bowl for us. Value: 8/10 Price quite reasonable but they charge 500Yen pp for the starting dish. Overall: 7/10 if not for the service, definitely a great place to hang and eat fresh fish caviar. Wow Factor: The overflowing fish caviar.

“Good food good service”
Service and food is above average. However, a tad expensive, which is y I gave it a 4 stars instead.

“Great experience”
We went to the main store to queue prior their opening hours and there were already people queueing. As it reached our turn, we the staff asked us if we had made a reservation (we didn't) and told us to go to their "brother" store just a street away with a small slip of paper with a map. We went ove...r and they were full as well. We made a reservation on the spot and came back later for the ikuradon. Service was slow and we waited close to an hour for our ikuradon (we guessed it was because they were cooking fresh batch of rice as the rice was on the wetter side). Of course, the best part was the chanting and atmosphere. Must try!

“IKURA BLISS”
Loved the service, loved the food, loved everything about this place. The staff were friendly and hosted us well, the food was comforting to the stomach and the theatrics of the serving of Ikura don was not just nice to watch but a lot of fun to participate in.

“Not worth the trouble”
They are nice to accommodate us at 9pm walk in. Ordered two of their set and ikura bowl large one. Overall really did not wow me. The chanting gimmick was there , service was a bit on the slow side but they was friendly.. food wise just average. That I feel could have got it elsewhere. Price wise is... on slightly on a higher note.
