My recent dining experience was incredibly disappointing and felt like an absolute rip-off. My friends and I were charged over 20,000 yen, including 10,000 yen for two Glamping dinner sets that we never even received! When we made the reservation, we were told that we could only order the Glamping ...dinner set. One of my friends is vegetarian and couldn’t eat many of the items in the set, so we asked to order only one set and additional vegetarian dishes instead. The restaurant informed us that there would be a cancellation fee if we didn’t order three Glamping dinner sets, but never once mentioned that this "fee" would be equivalent to the full price of the two extra sets. We ended up paying 10,000 yen for meals that were never served. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable, and we left feeling completely cheated. If you’re thinking about dining here, be very careful – this place prioritizes profit over customer service and transparency.

Nice location but lackluster food. Overpriced and served either too cold or too hot. Inattentive staff. Read the poor reviews as they seem accurate my experience. The camping thing is cute but a bit less functional than preferred

I had Marinated chicken zangi, a specialty in the area. It was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Garnished with vegetables. Not a huge helping so order appetizers if your really hungry. Atmosphere is excellent and staff are attentive and very courteous. My wife had the burger which was good too.

We were so excited to dine at this restaurant, thankfully our hotel concierge arranged a reservation for us. We all enjoyed the food and the presentation of each dish was stunning. The theme of the restaurant was camping, which we thought was awesome coming from Canada. I think our main issue was th...at we felt that the food was very overpriced for what you got. I don't mind paying a lot for good food, but feel that the food prices have been increased based on the popularity of the restaurant, not because it costs that much to source. It didn't overly impact our experience, but it was something the four adults reflected on later.
