“Check off your bucket list”
I don't want to explain details about the food. Bottom line, if you're food adventurist go for it. Getting poisoned is the least concern while the price is you most likely want to concern. Ask the tourist office nearby if you have hard time to look for it. Located at 7th floor in the same row of the... tourist info office.

“Enjoyable fugu experience”
We came here for a fugu experience, and were very satisfied. We have eaten fugu on previous visits to Japan and this restaurant was of a high standard. The multi dish course which costs 7000 yen is the best option, as you get to try fugu as sashimi (raw), batter fried and hot pot cooked at the table... with vegetables. Dessert was mangosteen flavoured ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. There is a good selection of Sake available too. We were seated at the bar along the kitchen as the private dining rooms were all fully booked. A reservation is advised as this is a popular choice for fugu in Sapporo.

Excellent 5-course fugu meal from 7000 yen, served in private rooms. Also try the fugu-flavoured sake! Helpful English-speaking waiter. Cash only. Not well-signed, so check the location on the map.
