“They don't let us sit in chairs”

I don't know if it was because we are foreigners or not. We were forced to sit without chairs in a separate room with no one else. The room looks abandoned. Friendly staff. They don't speak English, though. English menu available. Surprisingly nice cocktail. Not too bad food. Nothing impressive. ... Smoking allowed everywhere though. Be careful if you are non smokers.
