“Bustling Izakaya restaurant”
Came across this restaurant by accident as it was close to my hotel and faced Odori Park. Looked really quiet at street level but was bustling when you walked down the stairs into the restaurant located at the basement level. It’s not English friendly so you will need to use your Google Translate to... work out the menu. Having said that, you can make reservations on Google map site. Food was very good value comprising Japanese dishes like sushi, sashimi and others. It gets really crowded and loud during dinner time but the small room you get does provide privacy to enjoy your meal. Place seems very popular among locals and I would recommend it. It’s right next to a 7-11 so you can’t really miss it
