This is a very special sushi restaurants. All the ingredients used are fresh from the sea outside the restaurant. We came in late but a customer was great enough to be our translator and begged the chef to take us as the last group of customers for the lunch. They served omakase (maybe we do not kno...w Japanese so it served us well) and we did not need to worry what to order. The most striking experience was watching the chef making the shrimp sushi - the shrimp, fresh from the sea, still alive and moving. It is great to see the chef getting the shrimp out of its shell skillfully from the shell and put it on sushi rice. This piece will lighten up your taste buds. The heads of the shrimps were reserved to make a fresh miso soup. While we were having lunch, my wife found out this was one-star Michelin restaurant. Capable of getting one-star at this remote area, you can imagine how good it must be. And my wife and my tour-mates were so impressed with my choice. 這是一家非常特別的壽司餐廳。 所用的所有食材都是從餐廳外海域新鮮出來的。 我們來得很晚,但一位客戶足以成為我們的翻譯,並請求廚師將我們作為午餐的最後一批顧客。 他們服務omakase(也許我們不知道日本人,所以它很好地服務了我們),我們不需要擔心要點什麼。 最引人注目的體驗是看著做壽司的廚師 - 從海裡清新的蝦,還活著和移動。 很高興看到廚師從殼中巧妙地將蝦從殼中取出並放在壽司米上。 這件作品會減輕你的味蕾。 蝦的頭被留作製作新鮮的味噌湯。 當我們吃午飯時,我的妻子發現這是米其林一星級餐廳。 能夠在這個偏遠地區獲得一顆星,你可以想像它有多好。 我的妻子和我的旅友們對我的選擇印象深刻。

The sushi here is the best I have ever had. The chefs were so welcoming and so hospitable we felt we knew them before. The dinner could not have been better. The fish was prepared perfectly. The chef helped catered to our tastes and we really appreciated it! Loved this!!!
