“Excellent choice”

A very comfortable environment in which to enjoy dinner, already a good start. We are no longer great fans of tasting menus, but the dishes here were beautifully balanced, well presented and appropriately sized. As others have mentioned, star of the evening the Kinki fish, a rockfish served with cri...sp scales. Also, an excellent selection of wines to suit every pocket. Definitely on the list of places to visit next time we visit Hokkaido.
