The burger is very tasty and beef patty is juicy. Very convenient, walking distance from Sapporo station. Pricing reasonable.

At first glance, I was a li...ttle concerned that JS was going to be high on flash (a spot for young women to take Instagram photos) and weak on substance. I was happy to be wrong. The restaurant sports an impressive lineup of burgers and sandwiches. They also carry a fried chicken and waffles dish which was only slightly beaten out by our order of a Pastrami Sandwich and Shrimp Po Boy. My pastrami was delicious, if ever so slightly light on meat (the burgers I saw out of the corner of my eye included generous burger patties!). We forgave the fact that the Shrimp Po Boy wasn’t served on a baguette because it was also very tasty, including lots of spicy shrimp. I will not order the fried chicken pieces again. The breading was tasty, but the chicken itself lacked taste. Our Parmesan Truffle French Fries were totally unnecessary (the sandwiches come with normal fries), but we couldn’t resist and ended up being glutinous, but satisfied. Lunch specials include an all you can eat salad bar. Service was good. Prices are somewhat high, but worth it. We entered somewhat skeptically, but left as fans, and will be back!

Regardless, the... sandwich was excellent and I would certainly order it again.
