Our premium Shibetsu Suffolk lamb is incredibly fresh and meticulously hand-cut, resulting in tender, juicy meat with rich, deep flavor. Loved by many fans, this exceptional lamb is something we truly want you to experience.

We are directly operated by a farm in Shibetsu City, Hokkaido, which boasts the largest number of Suffolk sheep in Japan.
