President Chibo Kita is a Teppanyaki (iron grill) restaurant that primary serves Teppanyaki steak and okonomiyaki (Osaka pancake dish). This restaurant is located in the Kita/Umeda area of Osaka just south of the Osaka train station. It is also located in the interesting Kitashinchi high-class nigh...tlife district. I dined here with several co-workers on a Wednesday evening in late March and really enjoyed some great food and the entire dining experience. We sat around a large iron griddle and the chef cooked all of our food directly in front of us. We had an interesting okonomiyaki Osaka pancake and some grilled sirloin steak, grilled vegetables and grilled scallions. The steak and scallions were cooked to perfection and were awesome. The menu was in English which was helpful but I was with several locals that could have helped me order if the menu was only in Japanese. Every employee that helped us was extremely helpful and nice. Overall I enjoyed dining at President Chibo Kita and recommend it. I plan on going back on my next trip to Osaka.

Very expensive Japanese food, but fantastic. The choices were amazing, the service was more than first class, and be prepared to sample some very different food and tastes.

Tried this restaurant while in Osaka and the quality of food and service was very impressive. We went as a group and were placed at our own grill with our own chef and she did a great job. Was very impressed and would definitely go back!

When we visit japan on business this is my favourite restaurant, Japanese pizza, good quality food, excellent service
