We stayed in Japan for 3 weeks and this was our worst meal. The food was actually worse in one other place, but didn't cost £250. We were the only people eating the Kaiseki meal - first clue, though there were a few people at the bar. The staff were incredibly attentive and lots of them. They alloca...ted an english student as one of our waiters so we had a good interpreter, unfortunately she hovered next to our table all night so it felt a little oppressive. Most of the food was pretty tasteless and poorly prepared. They even managed to get the rice at the end of the meal watery - even the 7-11 sells good rice. To finish, a cup of Matcha which was so strong I couldn't taste anything for an hour - eveyone else provides black or green tea to finish.

Great Sushi - some of the best we had in Japan. - Very friendly staff behind the counter. It is impressive to watch the Sushi masters carefully preparing each dish.

We tried the 20k course. If I counted correctly, there were 11 courses from starter to dessert. They were all brilliant in terms of presentation, flavour, temperature and taste. Special mention to the service of the waiting crew - they are the best in the business in my opinion. They were super atte...ntive and prompt to the needs of the customers, and thus made customers felt at home. This restaurant fully deserves it's Michelin star. Maybe should have 1 more star in my opinion. They are that good.

Once of the best omakase I had in Japan (though given the price, I would expect as such). I would not say the omakase menu is good value for money, but you get what you paid for. The sushi and sashimi was exquisite, service was very friendly and efficient. If you're looking to splurge, this restau...rant is an excellent option for you.

I visited Sakau sushi of Kagaman restaurant and had 4000 yen lunch course. Staff and very nice but sushi is just good. I would go to other sushi restaurant.
