The owner need to check the quality of the food, environment of the restaurant, cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking pan table/chair/toilet. This restaurant located at a very popular and busy street so off course will serve many more customers. All the above was bad.

Overrated and dirty This is probably the worst okonomiyaki you can get, not fresh at all- pre pepared and the sauces lovely spread on top for us foolish tourists won’t do it. Table managment a nightmare - empty tables but a long queue outside to show the restaurant is popular , but you actually wo...uldn’t . Since 1953 - the restaurant is claiming- you have lost your charm i would say- we came here 15 and 10 years ago , but …. The restaurant got dirtier - your tables, your toilets the worst in whole Japan - shocking actually and the food just not what it used to be anymore. Get your act together the competition is not sleeping.

Overall it was terrible. I’ve been this place 8 years ago with family however it completely disaster this time. It was filthy in restaurant and toilet was disgusting. The service was slow and had to wait outside for long. Cabbages in okonomiyaki was NOT fresh at all and too much flour inside instead.... wouldn’t go back when I am back to Japan.

This chain Yukari has been in business for a long time and has several branches in Osaka. This one is in Sennichimae Shopping Street. We had okonomiyaki and yakisoba. I must say that yakisoba was better than okonomiyaki. The only thing lacking is that they don't let you cook your own okonomiyaki as ...some other branches do. If you want to cook your own, go to Tenjinbashisuji or Umeda Whity branch.

We visited on the recommendation of a local and thoroughly enjoyed cooking the food ourselves and working out what to do. We all ate different variations and none disappointed. We went for lunch and I didn't need to eat again that day.
