“Great atmosphere and food”
We visited Tenki as a family of four and were impressed by the cosy atmosphere. The meals are served as sets starting at 3,500Y. We chose the basic set and were very impressed with the food, as well as how it was presented and served. The staff were very kind and explained everything to us in Engli...sh. The service was fantastic and made for a special experience.

“Astounding Tempura in an authentic setting!”
Tenki is the most wonderful little restaurant frequented by the local japanese people - you will experience the most fantastic tempura here in an authentic setting with the most wonderful service. A little english is spoken so it is quite comfortable to explain yourself and make the appropriate cho...ices - I highly recommend this restaurant.

“My best tempura ever”
If I was a regular in Kyoto, I would want to keep this restaurant for myself. It is so good that I would not want it to be busier. The chef Ishikawa is fabulous and I am sure that he will be recognized as such very quickly. Go and enjoy
