Had this about 5 years ago and i had to come back and try again. Surprisingly it is still as good as I had it years ago. Most clients were locals so I guess they also agree the place is good. Meal was affordable and filling. Spent around half what other places charge. The restaurant serves your ch...oice of Japanese and Korean style steak yakiniku and unlike other beef yakiniku places around the meat actually tastes good not too fatty nor greasy. Other dishes include horomon parts like beef tongue and intestine, raw squid salad, yakiniku squid, kimchi. The restaurant also offers lunch specials.

Came here for dinner and opted for the 1980 yen set menu and the ginseng chicken soup. The BBQ meats were marinated well but the meat quality itself wasn't great. We've had much better meat for the same price. The ginseng soup was ok, but nothing to get excited about. The one thing you get used to ...when dining in Japan is the service they provide. Usually staff are extremely attentive and warm and welcoming, but that wasn't the case here. Overall, not a bad meal but for the price you will be paying you can find many better options.

Service was so bad!!! I'm a tourist that visited the place with my family. i researched online before deciding to pay the place a visit as the meat there seems pretty good. It was good but not great, to be honest. And the service was HORRIBLE!!! I knew they have lunch set (cheaper compared to ala ca...rte) but the waiter PURPOSELY kept the lunch set menu and only gave us the ala carte one (DEFINITELY WANT TO EARN MORE MONEY WITH THE ALA CARTE). I knew rice is refillable for lunch set as i read online review before and i saw the locals asking for refill. When i tried to communicate with the waiter (a guy in his late 40s in spectacle) with my google translate app because they cant understand simple english, he said rice are not refillable with a rude expression. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN!!! DO NOT VISIT PLEASE! NOT WORTH IT! I'd rather have 7 eleven bento than eating in disgust because of their poor service and "i dont give a damn" kind of attitude.

We were referred by our friend to go and eat in Ajiyoshi. It was actually very close to our hotel and found out that it was on the way going to Dotonbori. The Meat was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Although a lot still don't speak english well, we were able to get through ordering by j...ust pointing at the pictures at the menu. Aside from the meat we ordered those japanese Sausages and sweet corn. The Mixed meat platter was good too except for the squid which we found a bit chewy. We ate in this restaurant about twice since the kids loved it so much. Grilled meat plus the Asahi Beer. What a perfect combination.

We ate dinner here one night. Our friends from osaka took us here. The meat was high quality. It was so good, we ate until we were stuffed. All cuts of meat seemed to melt in your mouth.
