“This Restaurant Was So Packed, We Were Turned Away The Moment We Got Off The Elevator”
This is a Chinese restaurant which was highly rated in "Japan Today". It is located on the top floor of the Nara KS train station. My husband and I thought we'd try it for lunch on a weekday. We got to the top floor, and the entry way to the restaurant was mobbed with people waiting for a seat. The ...host told us to leave. Actually, we couldn't have enjoyed it anyway because the air was filled with smoke from cigarettes. Clearly, this is a local favorite. If you care to try it, make a reservation.
