Great buffet restaurant for breakfast. Wide variety of food selection from japanese to western cuisine. The place is very clean & pleasing to the eyes. Price is affordable to the budget. Easily accessible inside the famous New Hotel Hankyu.

We were there for a dinner buffet on a weekday. It's at the B1 level of the New Hankyu Hotel (which looked pretty old and dated - like the restaurant too) Had a 90 min time limit and there are many stall within the restaurant It seemed to cover everything from Roast Beef, steak, Chinese, Sushi, De...ssert, Tempura, International but if you've ever been to buffets in Vegas or All inclusive or in Thailand, this is pretty sad. There was a limit to how much you can get like steak (sometimes good and sometimes chewy) Definitely not Wagyu - maybe Austrailian or US. The bonito or smoke salmon was ok but was controlled and given a small portion. Peking duck was a tiny portion skin. Tempura looked sad and very small shrimps and batter was so so. The sushi was limited to 5 pieces at a time. They did have other Maki sushi like salmon and maguro which was ok but too much mayo. Dessert was ok but nothing exciting. Some cakes, ice cream, cream brulee, mochi, danishes etc... For 4600 Yen I think there are much better options in Osaka. It was ok but just Ok oh yeah they never took are plates away so we just ended up putting them on the table next door. Not very attentive service or experience for being in Japan

We ate here once for our stay and only breakfast as we had meal coupons. While the food was good, the selection was so-so. For convenience, I would eat here. But there are several places for commuters just a stone's throw away which looked good. The water and juice are hidden in a corner. So do...n't expect great things.

We booked in Hotel New Hankyu Osaka for 7 days and we had the meal coupon for breakfast but we also ate lunch and dinner in this resto as my parents (80 and 74) liked taking their own time, choosing the foods they want so we likened this resto a lot, they alsonhave special hourly special meal during... lunch and dinner with some side shows plus the staffs were very accomodating, friendly and I would say personal, there's one cashier lady who remembered us everytime we go down and eat and she always made sure to asked us how my parents were and bid us safe travels on our last lunch before leaving Osaka. I am so pleased with the hotel and this restaurant that I am so sure to write up a good review which I am doing now but.... during our last meal, a big surprise greeted us while we are making our way to our fave table near the kitchen, a big round " mickey mouse" with the longest tail was running for his life out of the kitchen and into the dining area yikes!!!!!! what a pity and all those who saw it were just so surprised but just laughed it off. After eating we forgot about it , I should've told the friendly staffs about "mickey".

Food is good for the price charged. The challenge is to complete eating within 90 minutes. The queue for every station can be quite long so a lot of time is wasted for queuing.
