We were standing at the front of the restaurant. A waiter came passed us multiple times and ignored us. We didn’t know that we had to put ourselves on the waiting list or if there is even a seat available. Waiter locked eyes with us but didn’t even tell us to wait or anything. This restaurant didn’t... reflect the friendly and inviting culture we experienced so far on our trip throughout Japan.

先日、なんばパークスの倉に上司と行かせていただきました。外国人観光に対して、態度がとても冷たく、'No English menu'と一言。このご時世、英語のメニューがないお店なんて珍しい。挙げ句の果てに、言葉が通じずイライラしてる様子。どこからか中国語のできる女の子を呼んできて、通訳させ偉そうな態度をとっていた。見ているこちらが気分が悪くなった。 I went to this restaurant with my boss recently. Men waiters were serving tourists from China had a terrible attitudes. They... seemed like irritating as they couldn't understand what they were saying even they didn't have an English menu. We were offended. They will not welcome tourists from overseas. I'll never come to this restaurant again.

We ordered the beef platter and wow...just wow. You receive an array of Japanese beef dishes, accompanied by vegetables and rice. Your table has a grill embedded in the table that you use to cook the beef (and veg) to your liking. You're given an array of cuts and the staff are helpful in guiding yo...u through the process if you have any questions. The food was delicious, and the experience made an impression. You might not like the odd dish (tripe) but overall, it was well worth the price.

Recommended by a friend, we had dinner there. Ordered the special choice beef steak set, beef rib and beef fillet. Melts in your mouth. Best beef we have had. Revisited for dinner the next day. It was a gastronomic experience! Only fault was that the vegetables that came with the beef set was ...not suitable for BBQ. Service was great too!
