Highly recommended for the food and price, big portion and nice food, definitely one of the best compared to the food in the tourism area like Namba, Nipponbashi, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon. Small restaurant, so it's always crowded at the lunch time. The owner and the waiters are indeed impolite, the... elderly waiter is fierce. so be careful not to speak too loud, split the group to 1~4 persons. Otherwise you will be chased out. The egg roll (tamagoyaki) is surprisingly a salty version, not sweet. A lot of elderly Japanese dine in here. The food preparation and service is fast. Limited seats. 服务员很凶，进去用餐要安静，不能换位。分组1～4人，不然他们就说没位子。食物物廉价美。玉子烧是咸的，不甜。大分量250元

My family of 4 arrived on a rainy evening, after a long walk. We had seen very good reviews made by Tourists from Taiwan and Hong Kong, hence we were looking forward to a great feast as it was our last night in Osaka. However, the young waitress that received us did not seem very welcoming and led u...s to a corner with 2 other tables occupied by a small family and a group of male friends. We quickly realized that both tables were occupied by non-Japanese, hence I think the restaurant has been divided into the 'Japanese' and 'non-Japanese' section. As we were very hungry, we ordered some tempura, grilled squid/shellfish & some raw fish to try. The raw fish was good but the tempura was not as good as we have expectated and the grilled stuff was quite hard. I think raw food is what you should order in this restaurant. Nevertheless, we decided to leave shortly as we don't feel good being left in a corner and we feel that the servers are not so friendly towards Chinese customers. Food here is average but service is non-existence, hence I would rate it as poor. Hopefully the other branches are better.
