We arrived later in the day but they were able to fit us in for a late-night dinner reservation. I wasn't sure how to cook the traditional meal so Aimi Haruna san took the time to show us how it was done. Her and Yakota Mika san really went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. The food itself w...as delicious. A great experience!
