Worst meal in Japan we have had. Start to finish. Left waiting for a table in empty restaurant with booking at front desk for 10 mins. Greeted by waiter with stinking cold with running nose. Coughing and spluttering everywhere. Taken to table and left again for 10 mins. Called a waiter over t...o order a bottle of water while we waited for my wife and child to join us. Told we had to order other drinks that cost money. Not water. One drink per person to stay. It is policy. I said we would when the others came. But he stood and stared at us until we ordered a coke for my son and I. Then he walked off and brought a sign over and put on the table with rules for the meal. I tried then to order a coke with him and he told me we have to order it with the QR code system . Pointed at a card and left us. I had not data as on uk phone. Could not join WiFi. Asked for WiFi code and they were rude. Process took 40 mins before we could even order a drink. Wife arrived and we ordered food. Again with the phone! No help with menu or customer service. It was Like in Covid times We just got off the plane and were jet lagged. My wife was not particularly hungry and was just joining us. They told us she has to order food to stay. So we ordered food and then all three items came out. Tinny portions of pasta (even though we ordered large on the QR at extra cost) and we waited for my wife’s to arrive before we started to eat ours. Waited 5 mins and called waiter over to ask where wife’s food was. Got a grunt as an acknowledgment and ran off to kitchen. We finished our dinner and 20 mins later with no apologies her pizza arrived. Ruined the meal. Then presented with the bill when we said we did not want desserts and were ushered out for the table. I asked for the pizza to be removed due to long delay. Massive fuss caused and took over 5 mins to get someone to come and grunt at me and take the pizza off the bill. All the time the waiter coughing a spluttering over us again. Not a nice experience at all. In friendly service. Do not go!

Avoid at all costs. The wagyu beef was terrible. My husband and I had to spit out the beef because it had gristle and was chewy. Heimlich maneuver meat. I doubt it was even wagyu beef being as it was tough. When we arrived at the restaurant, the front desk person said they had “ rules” for eating... at the restaurant. While the rules were not bad, they had minimum drink expectations etc. , but using the word rules was very off putting. The lighting was so low, we could barely make it to our table. Youhave to order from a qr code in the dim light, making this experience very impersonal. The only advantage was the fish tanks were beautiful.

A stunning dining experience in Shinsaibashi! The aquarium atmosphere is magical, and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. Perfect for couples, special occasions, or just a memorable night out. Highly recommended for visitors looking for a unique Japanese dining experience.

This place is absolutely terrible. The waiters dont speak english at all. It took 2h for ous to finish our meal and it was absolutely disappointing. The food is not what they say on the menu since the truffle flavour is obviously an aroma. We ordered a pre set menu for two people and the portions we...re barely big enough for one. DO NOT GO THERE.

Very nice tasty food with very good ambience, service and value for money. Good variety with Italian dishes and great pizza. Definitely come back again.
