“Bad Service but food ok”
The experience was not good, we are sitting at 2nd floor and basically the staffs there are all non-Japanese. Food are served with missing cutlery, cookware for self cook raw food and missing ordered items. Doesn't feel like a Japanese restaurant. To be fair, food taste are ok, just service are bad.

“Yummy grilled seafood ”
One of the best place to enjoy grilled seafood in the city at a reasonable price. We came here for late lunch and the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. We ordered a set menu with 4 different kinds of shellfish. The waiter set the grill and barbecue the shellfish for us so all we did was to watch them... cook to perfection. A very enjoyable meal!

“Love the grilling of seafood!”
Love the grilling of seafood! Especially kani Miso crab! Fresh and sweet, it's better than the one I had at Kuromon. Also, the yuzu honey highball is awesome. Space-wise it's small and squeezey, typical of Isomarus all over Japan I guess (or at least the one in Tokyo) Sat on the second floor and I ...need to stress that indoor smoking there is allowed.

“Nice atmosphere but only OK food”
Stumbled across this restaurant and thought we’d give it a try from reviews on here and the fact it was a style of food we’d not tried. Was a great experience and we loved the ambience, though the food was a little disappointing. Several items had sold out and what they had was good but not great.

“Not fresh fish”
I ordered a chirashi. The fish was clearly not fresh by the smell, the taste and the form. Was a good place 4 years a go but i think they reduce the cost of fish by buying cheaper one
