“Very close to Shinosaka Station”
We stayed for 2 nights, the room is warm but small and we've problem to put our 3 lauggages. The breakfast is nice. The location is very close to Shinosaka Station, love it..., only 3 minutes. From Shinosaka Station we can reach Kansai Airport by Haruka Express, so simple.

“Location is good”
Gave this hotel a "very good" mainly for its location. From Shin Osaka Station, look for The Central Exit and go to the 1st level. From there, cross a zebra crossing, cut through the carpark and underneath a tunnel. Walk straight and the hotel is just about 100 meters ahead. About a 5 mins walk. T...he downsides are that their rooms have no soundproofing. I could hear loud noises from upstairs and outside. Cleanliness is acceptable and as I stayed in their hotel before in Shinjuku and it was extremely small with a double bed, I took a twin room this time.
