“Dim Sum above all”
This restaurant was a knockout! The lunch special was quite reasonable and the bento-style selection of dim sum was outstanding as a sample of how good Chinese food can be! the best part of course was sitting by the window affording us the spectacular view from the top of the Sky Tower but surrounde...d in quiet elegance and dim lighting (and large pours of delicious wine!) instead of mingling with the noisy tourists one flight up. As an added bonus, it was really fun to watch the various business meetings going on, especially when they were clearly mixed nationalities trying to maneuver the Japanese business protocols. HIGHLY recommended as an escape from the ordinary tourist buzz.

“Bittersweet restaurant experience: excellent cuisine, but serious allergy mistake”
The lunch at the restaurant started promisingly: welcoming atmosphere and appealing menu. I immediately informed the waitress about my severe allergy to garlic and onions, emphasizing it multiple times while ordering. Despite my precautions, one of the dishes arrived full of onions. The waitress apo...logized profusely, and even the restaurant manager came to offer her apologies. However, the damage was already done, and to my surprise, the “offending” dish was still included in the final bill. Although the food quality was undoubtedly high, this serious error and the lack of a concrete gesture to make amends overshadowed the entire experience. It is crucial for restaurants to take customers’ food allergies seriously to ensure not only their satisfaction but, more importantly, their safety

“Avoid the restaurant”
The worst experience on our Japan visit. Amazing location of the restaurant but the worst service. Food came for four is us one by one. For my son, his entree came first and then 10mns later the appetizer and then 15 mns later next entree and so on. Could not enjoy the meal at all. Food was also ver...y average.

We came here to celebrate a special birthday and we had amazing food and fantastic service from Kazor (apologies for English spelling) highly recommend. The views are also spectacular ☺️
