15 minutes after ordering our food we were asked to reorder because they didn't have enough food. Then, 15 minutes later we were told the food would arrive in 60 minutes. At this point we wanted to just pay for our drinks and leave but the waiter would not give us the check. It didn't help that the ...waiter could not even count in English. Avoid at all cost!

We went to this place an order a couple of gin tonics each of us (we were 3). Once we asked for the check we were surprised to see a hand written number (no detail whatsoever) which was 50% more expensive than expected. After asking the waiter he told us they had a cover charge (didn't say anythin...g about this anywhere) and that they were also applying an extra charge because we ordered Bombay Saphire gin although the menu clearly showed the gin tonic of Bombay Saphire price which wasn't what he was trying to charge us at all. When I asked how much was the cover charged and the extra charge for the gin the numbers didn't work out the check account either, so it was pretty clear he was trying to rip off us. After some discussion we just pay what the menu said a our gin tonic cost and the cover charge they asked which was quite less than the check although we still had to pay this hidden cover charge which was not announced anywhere. We left the place with the feeling of being ripped of, the first and only time during our Japan trip. That's why I can only recommend anyone to stay away from this place.

Excellent service from the young man who served us. We ordered a variety of pastas/risotta, pizza and salads and the food was flavoursome and authentic. Highly recommend.

I have been living in Japan for 3 years and this is the worst restaurant service I have ever experience during this time. Long story cut short, 11 people ordered 11 dishes 9 of which took around 1hour to be served even though it was mainly salad. After 1hour 20 mins we asked how long it was going ...to take for the other two dishes and then he told us 10mins and then after 15mins we decided to pay for the the dishes that were served plus the drinks but he started calculating dishes that they hadn't even finished (or started) preparing plus some entrance fee that was not written anywhere at the entrance. 店員が本当、ちょう失礼だった。
