神戸ベイシェラトン ホテル＆タワーズ「ガーデンカフェ」

We have breakfast here about once a month and have never been disappointed. We love the Japanese-style buffet though you can also get western omelets if you prefer. The grilled Awaji onions, salmon (usually), potato salad, seaweed, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, and steamed sweet potato are really gre...at. Items are prepared in small batches to keep it fresh and the staff keep it supplied. It can be busy with tour groups sometimes. There aren't many choices for breakfast on the island but we'd happy go to the Garden Cafe even if there were.

Since visiting Kobe a year ago we’ve been back for breakfast several times. The breakfast is largely Japanese but very approachable Japanese - familiar items even to westerners. And there are western options as well. They always have eggs cooked several ways including hard boiled and the soft boile...d (Japanese style w/ soft whites). The cooked sweet potato and pumpkin are always delicious and there are fish and meat options as well. The cafe is light (lots of windows) and well organized. In addition to endless hot green tea and juices they do have very cold beer (-1C) on tap. Maybe not a breakfast item though if you are jet lagged it may seem the right time of day for a beer!. The staff are always helpful and pleasant and speak just enough english to answer normal questions. Just don’t expect a lot of help on gluten questions. It’s a very nice breakfast place even if you aren’t staying in the hotel. And there are no other places on Rokko Island for breakfast except the coffee shop.

Good breakfast, lovely fresh selection of fruits and salads and they offer European, Japanese and Chinese food. Good selection of fresh juices and a good range of teas and coffee. There is also a chef to cook you an omelette

Stayed at the sheraton and this is the breakfast restaurant. It has a pleasant and airy garden feel, like the name implies. The food variety disaapoints though. Japanese breakfasts are usually better but not here. No grilled salmon and the soft boiled eggs are hard boiled. They don't even ask you wh...ether you want coffee or tea which is surprising

The main breakfast buffet was very good but occasionally the line to be seated really backed up so you could wait in line a long time. Some mornings the buffet items ran short and there was not a full selection of food (smoked fish, coffee, and yogurt). The staff did not refill items later in the mo...rning so beware if you are not early to breakfast. the buffet included many Japanese items and was great for sampling unfamiliar foods. They also had an omelet station and served some standard Western fare.
