“Good food and value”
Picked this place as it was in close proximity to the Osaka / Umeda station. Did not disappoint, as the food was good, the beef was great, and the price point was excellent. Satisfied the wife and I, and especially my daughter.

“Shabu Shabu superduper”
Absolutely fantastic experience, the beef was superb. Great value too for all we had. The front of house team were exceptional too, very friendly and helpful.

“Great value course menu shabu shabu restaurant”
Our party of 6 had dinner at Shbutei Nishiumeda branch on the recommendation of Hilton Osaka for a shabu shabu restaurant. The restaurant is across the street from Hilton so very convenient. As it turns out, there was a sudden burst of heavy rain when we finished dinner so it was fortunate we only... had to cross the street to get back to our hotel. The restaurant is very busy so for a group our size, a reservation is highly recommended. The menu offers beef, wagyu beef and Kobe beef hot pot course menus as well as a pork one and a mix beef and pork one. The course menus are great value - 1,599 yen for pork set, 2,180 yen for beef set and 2,980 yen for wagyu beef set - and comes with vegetables, udon noodle and almond ice cream dessert and a small cup of iced plum wine. Each seat has its own hot pot and ladles so you will not get in each other's way nor lose your food in the hot pot to your dining companions. The restaurant has English menus, service is attentive and quick and you can easily be finished in an hour, well within the two hour dining time for each reservation. For the price, dinner at Shabutei is great value and very enjoyable.

“Shabu Shabu Osaka”
Awesome Shabu Shabu best in Japan. Black wagyu was paper thing and it’s so good it would melts in your mouth effortlessly. UMAI! 🌟🌟🌟

“Good shabu shabu”
Had to queue for some time even though we went close to 8pm. Had a great pork shabu shabu with excellent sesame dipping sauce. Each has an individual pork and the set comes with a small plum wine, meat , vegetables and udon. Great for cold weather. Better to reserve or go at odd timings if not have ...to wait outside in the cold.
