Terrible customer service. Went in to grab lunch alone as they had a plant based menu. Boy at the front then turned the welcome sign to closed and said they were closed. I walked away and turned back to ask what time they reopened for dinner and he had switched the welcome sign back to open. I’m a f...oreigner and read another review about them not welcoming foreigners. Not at all in alignment with the vegan community by being prejudice. Would not recommend to anyone and especially not if you’re a visitor. Restaurant should be banned from operating and being prejudice. Sends a very bad message for the country who is always welcoming elsewhere.

We came as a group and left the restaurant disappointed.. bed service and very small dish for each couple.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Daiwa Roynet Hotel is this chain Vietnamese restaurant. Kudos to the look - hotel standards. Wide, open, lots of tables - no Vietnamese atmosphere but it was a decent hotel restaurant atmosphere. As for the food. I have had countless different Pho and Banh Mi sa...ndwiches - today's offering was just alright. Pho, it was satisfying. Lacked sprouts, no condiments, no lime - it really tasted okay but lacked flavor.,... or soul. My Banh Mi was heavy on the bread and light on the stuff in the middle. That being said, it was hotel Vietnamese. Quick service. From entering the restaurant, to ordering, to eating, and paying - it took 30 minutes. Will I go back for the food? Probably not. Will I go back if I am staying at the hotel? Yes. Not unhappy. I left satisfied.

We came at 19.52 which was near last oder time so the staff got upset with us. We wait a long time for table arrangements, no water and tower until asked. The staff even yelled at us when we to pay separately??? The food was NOT GOOD either

A large glass fronted restaurant on a main street, it was only half full and lacked atmosphere, but the food was good and well served
