after a bit of research from our nearby hotel, we chose this neighborhood yakitori establishment. Once we arrived, it turned out the menu was significantly smaller than it seemed online. After a bit of contemplation, we chose to stay. Wait to be seated was less than ten minutes. We were shown to a c...ouple of seats right at the brazier, viewing the action over the coals, and given the English menu. The two staff members we interacted with were very patient and helped us navigate our order. All the yakitori options consisted of different parts of the chicken. Also available were stews and rice bowls made with chicken, along with appetizers such as edamame, Caesar salad, and potato salad. We went with delicious sounding, albeit familiar, items for our meal. Starting with the Caesar salad, the edamame, and the local sliced tomatoes. A rice bowl as one main and four yakitori skewers-two chicken meatball and two chicken w/green onions. The tomatoes had outstanding flavor-a continued example of the great produce we have experienced. The edamame was as expected but the version of a Caesar salad was untraditional and soaked in dressing. A miss we thought. The rice bowl had very little grilled chicken. But boy oh boy, were the skewers delicious. Perfectly grilled chicken with a smattering of green onions was very tasty. We were so impressed with the meatball yakitori we decided to place another order to enjoy. Minced chicken seasoned, formed, and again grilled to perfection. A very enjoyable experience I would recommend to anyone.

Randomly walked into this Japanese restaurant with a small door. Seemed really exclusive! Restaurant is on second floor so couldn’t tell how crowded it was Until we actually got in! This salad with crispy rice is really interesting. The food in general is super tasty. I totally recommend this place!

Fresh chicken and only marinated with salt just before charcoal grill！ Amazing charcoal flavor and the intense chicken flavor！ Chicken meatball with raw egg yolk is a must try！ Deep fried chicken thigh with red onion mayo sauce is ridiculously yummy！ Great services too！ Highly recommended ！

Ordered a mixture of dishes based on chefs choice. Really tasty and interesting textures of the various skewers that were served. The team there have a lot of energy, like watching a show. Very cool casual atmosphere. I really recommend this Izakaya type experience. Go for the omakase and be surpris...ed what they serve up, just tell the waiter what your limit is in JPY. My favourite was the sausage like skewer.

Amazing restaurant with delicious, juicy yakitori. Great service and most amazing atmosphere with open kitchen. Only challenge you can face is lack of English, but it’s manageable. Mostly recommend to visit!
