Best meal in Kyoto! We chose randomly but couldn’t be more happy with the restaurant! Great variety of options for meat, fish and vegetarians. The fried tofu was delicious and so beautifully presented! The unagi eel was also a highlight the sauce was perfect! The restaurant itself has a lovely atmos...phere and each dish had a lovely presentation. The restaurant owner was very kind and made our visit amazing! Thank you :)

I visited this restaurant with my high school daughter. Of course my daughter doesn't drink. This restaurant has several course meals, but we ordered one dish at a time. We ate conger tempura, sashimi, gluten dengaku, dashimaki(Egg), and chirimen sansho rice. Both dishes were very delicious and my d...aughter seemed to like them very much. I also drank local sake in Kyoto. They were a very delicious Japanese sake with an elegant taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also suitable for Pontocho in Kyoto. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We had a great shabu shabu dinner for two, with a nice french Rose wine to match. Atmosphere was very relaxed, nice interior ambience. Service was friendly, english menu available and english is spoken. No smoking, and accept credit cards. Give it a try, we highly recommend it.

Excellent tasting menu! Super sweet service by the owner. This is worth a visit and your money. Every course has good ingredients and a nice twist to it. Some good wines on the list too and the sake is worth a try.
