Absolute wrst food and service. They will charge you 500Yen for two softdrinks even if your kids don't drink them (flat). Pizza was a joke and I should have sent it bak. Watery sauce and the "chees" just side off their microwave dough. I complained and no one there speaks English even though it ...is connected to a Sheraton and one would think someone there understand English. The waitress and "guy who did speak English" were rude and not accommodating. Don't patronize these guys with you hard-earned money. I absolutely will never go back there.

Traveling with a large group. Food was ok. Menu had plenty of choices and prices were low. It served its purpose.

I have been living in and working with Japan for 3 decades now. There are many cheap, good , lunch offers in any city in Japan. In general Kobe, is one of the poorest places in Japan to eat out. as well for high dining as the family fast food chains. After I while one sometimes can not believe yours...elf that a certain chain is really that bad, and feel the urge to correct yourself, after all, how can this chain otherwise survive that long ? THAT mystery has only become greater to me. It is pure horror on a plate. The entire professionalism of the cooks lies in the disguising of any " food " with sauces, seasoning, starch, salt... It is cheap and you do feel you have eaten something,, for hours, it is a stone on your stomach. I have made a note now in my diary, on my mobile, whenever I feel the urge to go again to a Saizeriya...hit yourself hard over the head. It is a less painful experience
