“Late night food”
Found this place by fluke when all other restaurants near by were closed. We ordered the gyozas, sautéed beef, and chicken. Everything was incredibly tasty and we left there extremely satisfied with the price for two being under 40$ with drinks for two people.

“Best GYOZA🥟 and comfort food😋”
Found this yummy place on a rainy day! Ordered their gyoza, they do have 2 types regular and garlic (both delicious😋), I had a bowl of their ramen…oh so warming and yummy, and ordered a sesame ball (has red bean), very good + perfect bite size! I highly recommend this place for their delicious food..., but also being reasonably priced, and the best feature: Small order portions and try different things!

“Excellent Value For Money”
An informal casual restaurant that is exceedingly popular with locals for good reason. Main dish is Gyoza but all the other dishes we ordered were with a great home cooking feel and to a high standard for the price point. Would highly recommend, best meal we have had for this type of budget.

“Nice food near our hotel”
We are staying on Shijo omiya and found reviews of this place just around the corner. Had to wait (usual in Japan) and got a table upstairs. Enjoyed our food including gyozas. Very inexpensive and tasty. Recommend if you're staying in the area.

“Great local touch for a casual meal”
Great overall experience in the middle of Kyoto for a simple meal. We tried a range of dishes. Gyozas stand out, but everything tasted good. Very clean amenities, staff very nice. Excellent value for money.
